We’re looking for a dynamic professional ready to navigate the vibrant commercial landscape of Central Italy. As our Sales Business Partner – Central Italy, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our travel agency network across the region. You’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of travel agencies across Central Italy, becoming their strategic reference point and trusted partner. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the commercial development of the assigned territory
  • Become the primary point of reference for travel agencies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Booking, Administration, and Customer Service
  • Provide insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions
  • Develop sales in the assigned geographical area and ensure target achievement
  • Deliver service excellence to travel agencies according to the Service Model
  • Track activities through the CRM
  • Analyze portfolio performance and support the Area Manager in taking critical decisions
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Costa’s product offering
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations
  • Identify opportunities to sell, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Maintain ongoing communication with travel agencies
  • Support travel agencies daily to ensure customer satisfaction, collect feedback, address issues, and provide operational assistance
  • Develop and implement local sales strategies
  • Manage a co-marketing budget
  • Plan and execute micro-marketing activities
  • Contribute to expanding the distribution network
  • Ensure consistency in the application of Costa’s commercial guidelines

Requirements:

  • 3/5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the tourism industry
  • Proven track record in managing a client portfolio and achieving sales targets
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Proactive, empathetic, and equipped with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong relational skills, excellent presence, and the ability to act as a trusted focal point
  • Analytical, flexible, and comfortable working under pressure
  • Strong motivation and a results-oriented approach
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability to travel within the assigned area
