We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager (d/f/m) to join our SDG Segment team. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, shape sales strategies through market analysis, and drive strategic projects to accelerate growth in the SDG segment. You will collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, BSI and other cross-functional teams to launch innovative solutions and make a real impact on sustainable development. Beyond strategic planning, you will be hands-on responsible for the operational implementation of your initiatives — including the execution of sales campaigns, creating and analyzing reports, and continuously optimizing processes and results. This is not a purely strategic role: you will actively shape and drive the daily business. You will report to the Lead of Business Development SDG Segment.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SDG segment
Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape and refine sales strategies (in cooperation with DSE)
Drive, execute and lead strategic projects and initiatives to increase segment AND Dealer growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Marketing, Product, etc.) to launch new campaigns and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Several years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in innovative or sustainable industries
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends and dealer insights into actionable strategies
Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PBO Software) and common office applications
Proactive, self-driven, and hands-on mentality with a passion for sustainability
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Curiosity and motivation to leverage AI tools and technologies to continuously improve processes and results
Nice to have:
Experience with additional tools, languages, or advanced data analysis
Cross-functional experience or expertise in the automotive, tech, or sustainability sector
