This is a high-impact hybrid role with a strong focus on sales hunting and new business acquisition. Based in remotely in the US, you’ll be at the forefront of driving Hawkcell’s growth across the North American veterinary imaging market: proactively identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and clinics. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on chasing opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and closing deals. You’ll be part of a passionate, ambitious team redefining how AI enhances veterinary imaging worldwide. Beyond closing deals, you’ll ensure smooth partner onboarding, maintain strong client relationships, and help build long-term strategic collaborations across the veterinary ecosystem. Job Responsibility:
Identify and target prospective veterinary clinics through outbound efforts (cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, etc.)
Set up discovery meeting with veterinarians. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the clinic's needs
Organize and conduct product demos, both virtual and on-site
Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing
Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Identify and engage potential strategic partners (e.g., distributors, imaging providers, veterinary networks and corporate groups, equipment manufacturers)
Develop and nurture relationships to create co-marketing, reseller, or integration opportunities
Attend industry trade shows, conferences and networking events to represent the company, build a partner ecosystem and develop addressable market
Own the onboarding process for new clients – from contract signing to system installation and activation. Coordinate installation with our application engineer team
Ensure smooth delivery and integration of hardware and SaaS products
Act as the main point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and feedback
Conduct regular check-ins to track customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Proactively resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in medical imaging, veterinary tech, or industrial equipment
A proven hunter mentality: you love prospecting, opening doors, and winning new accounts
Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deal cycles
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
Self-starter mindset: autonomous, persistent, and resilient in a high-growth environment
Comfort working in a startup context: you adapt fast, think creatively, and execute with agility
Technical curiosity and ability to grasp how AI-based products bring value to imaging workflows
