Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to help us grow our portfolio of corporate clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to generate leads, engage prospects, support proposals, and help convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibility

  • Research companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify new leads and target markets
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to build relationships and secure meetings
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, CRM activity, referrals, events, networking, and social media
  • Attend meetings, events, conferences, and industry engagements when needed
  • Present Wisely's solutions, products, services, and new developments to potential clients
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain quotations based on client needs
  • Prepare assignment letters and required sales documentation
  • Support team targets and help grow WISELY’s corporate client portfolio
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing on growth and market expansion ideas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with people
  • Presentable, professional, and well-mannered
  • Passion for negotiation, relationship-building, and business growth
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Own car is preferred/required for client meetings and field activity
