Support the growth of Japan's business by identifying new opportunities and managing relationships with key automotive OEMs. You will coordinate commercial proposals and work closely with global teams to deliver high-value cockpit solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Identify new business opportunities with OEMs
Coordinate commercial and technical proposals
Manage customer relationships and engagements
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Support sales cycle and project management
Liaise with global engineering and sales teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred
Finance/Business also considered)
Proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written) is mandatory
strong English communication skills preferred
2 -3 years of experience in Japanese company, preferably sales, business development, or product-related roles
Prior experience in commercial/sales/engineering-oriented roles
strong analytical skills and willingness to learn technical concepts
