ZED.Digital is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales & Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support both sales and business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and contributing to the growth of our mobility and venue technology solutions. Job Responsibility

  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across transit agencies, cities, venues, event organizations, and enterprises
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, networking events, and industry conferences
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Qualify leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions for senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer information within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within mobility, transportation, ticketing, and venue technologies
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development materials
  • Support strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Interest in technology, mobility solutions, transportation, ticketing, or smart city innovation
