The Sales Business Analyst will perform analysis and reporting for the Sales and Marketing departments. The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining monthly reporting for key business objectives and sales incentives in addition to providing insights on sales and market share performance.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with sales team to assist with sales incentive analysis and associated best practices including Monthly Business Objectives and Incentive Tracking
Conduct historical sales and retailer reporting and analysis
Develop, publish, and maintain monthly and quarterly sales reports and Key Performance Indicators
Perform Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for various Sales and Marketing departments
Collaborate with sales team to assist with sales incentive analysis and associated best practices
Conduct presentations of analyses and recommendations to leadership as needed
Identify sales trends based on data and formulates recommendations to address trends
Implement recommendations based on analysis to include changes in sales techniques and/or procedures
Identify needs for analysis, conducts analysis, and presents findings and recommendations to senior management
Work with financial representatives from business units to implement recommendations generated from analysis
Identify areas for process improvements and leverages tools like Power BI to automate reporting
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of general administrative experience in Sales, Operations or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Office, expert level in Excel.
