At KFH we are looking for a Sales Branch Director to join our Residential Sales team. At KFH, part of the Lomond group, we are London’s largest property services group, and we are growing! KFH’s range of property services are made up of sales, lettings, block management, survey, and financial services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, working in collaboration and achieving the right results with integrity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maximise new business opportunities and deliver exceptional standards of service to your clients to ensure you consistently meet and exceed your targets
  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure they optimise all opportunities to sustain and grow the business, driving market share
  • Operating as a business leader and an ambassador for KFH, ensuring your contribution to the company’s success extends beyond your own branch

Requirements:

  • Experienced sales manager with a track record of success with a London residential estate agent
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and feedback skills with a focus on developing talent
  • Exceptional customer service and selling skills with a reputation for high standards
  • Full understanding of the regulatory framework and relevant legislation
  • In-depth understanding of the London property market and its influences
  • Skilled in recruiting exceptional talent and experienced in interviewing
