Job Description:

We're looking for sales and customer service experts with a passion for coffee! Ready to give your career a boost? Job Responsibility:

offer customers an in-store experience
welcome, advise and maximize in-store sales
participate in daily meetings and training sessions
analyze reported machine malfunctions and provide efficient customer service

Requirements:

1 year of prior hotel, catering, sales or retail experience is required
flexibility to work Friday evening, Saturdays, Sundays
excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
exceptional customer service skills
hands on and pragmatic
punctuality and discipline
strong team player
proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs

Nice to have:

knowledge of coffee would be a great asset
