Job Description:

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, this ASSOCIATE role's main responsibility is to ensure an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability. He/she also ensures satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience
  • Actively approach customers and advise them on best solutions
  • Ensure the shop is fully and efficiently stocked
  • Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
  • Convey passion about IKEA products

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in home furnishing is a plus
  • Passion for selling
  • Highly interested in home furnishing, people’s life at home, and the IKEA product range
  • Understanding of local market and competition
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment
