Job Description:

Sales Associate position at IKEA Bang Yai focusing on actively approaching customers, identifying their needs, and providing home furnishing solutions while supporting store commercial activities and sustainability commitments

Job Responsibility:

Actively approach customers who require additional help
Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes
Understand how to use the different IKEA sales and communication channels
Understand the store and department action plans
Lead/support the implementation of planned commercial activities
Maximise sales whilst maintaining profitability
Analyse and adjust sales space capacities based on system parameters
Be familiar with the IKEA social and environmental commitments

Requirements:

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused and service industry
Ability to take personal initiatives and priorities and organise your own work in efficiency and timely manners
Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer and English skills
Ability to work in shifts
