We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Associate to join our Contract Team based in Milan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Artemest presence across luxury retail groups, hospitality operators, and wholesale partners by developing new business opportunities and opening strategic accounts internationally. This role requires a highly relationship-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, an established network within the luxury and design ecosystem, and the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through closing.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within luxury retail groups, hospitality and hotel groups, and strategic wholesale accounts
Present and position Artemest Collection’s offering to international clients and partners, promoting the brand’s unique craftsmanship and bespoke capabilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, designers, developers, and purchasing managers
Drive outbound business development activities, including prospecting, networking, client meetings, and strategic partnerships
Collaborate closely with internal teams including sourcing, project management, logistics, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction
Prepare commercial proposals, support pricing negotiations, and contribute to contract discussions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the luxury interiors, retail, and hospitality sectors
Represent Artemest at industry events, trade fairs, client presentations, and business development trips internationally
Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management through CRM tools
Requirements:
7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within luxury interiors, furniture, hospitality, retail, or contract environments
Proven track record in opening and growing strategic accounts internationally
Strong network across luxury hospitality groups, retail brands, developers, procurement firms, or design studios
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage long sales cycles
Fluent in English and Italian
