Sales Associate

• assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards
• develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment
• protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor
• employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales
• build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses
• assist with all other duties as required by store management
