Job Description:

Part Time Sales Associate, (8 hours), Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein - De Bijenkorf - Amstelveen (Dutch speaking). Our stores are the life and soul of our company. They act as our primary contact points with our ever-evolving customer base. The sales associate plays a key role in achieving these high standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer inquiries
  • Be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Put together outfits for customers and make further product recommendations
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information about product features
  • Drive store KPI's and suggestions for improvements
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization are addressed appropriately

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within hospitality/retail
  • Good communication skills with the ability to easily build relationships
  • Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
  • Ability to handle change, adapt quickly and work with pace
  • Energetic and authentic with a clear presence on the sales floor
  • 'Can do' approach to problems with initiative to find solutions in store
  • Dutch speaking is mandatory working within de Bijenkorf
  • Interest in Fashion/Retail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Passionate to drive sales using digital platforms
