Job Description

Part Time Sales Associate, (8 hours), Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein - De Bijenkorf - Amstelveen (Dutch speaking). Our stores are the life and soul of our company. They act as our primary contact points with our ever-evolving customer base. The sales associate plays a key role in achieving these high standards.

Job Responsibility

Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer inquiries
Be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
Put together outfits for customers and make further product recommendations
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information about product features
Drive store KPI's and suggestions for improvements
Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization are addressed appropriately

Requirements

Previous experience within hospitality/retail
Good communication skills with the ability to easily build relationships
Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
Ability to handle change, adapt quickly and work with pace
Energetic and authentic with a clear presence on the sales floor
'Can do' approach to problems with initiative to find solutions in store
Dutch speaking is mandatory working within de Bijenkorf
Interest in Fashion/Retail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Passionate to drive sales using digital platforms
