We are currently seeking an individual to join our Locker Network Division in Sweden, with the exciting opportunity to be part of our significant growth journey. Our locker network has rapidly expanded to thousands of boxes across multiple countries, and we have ambitious plans for the future. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to one of Sweden's fastest-growing companies and play a key role in enabling our continued expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify, approach, and secure new locker locations through outreach, pitches, and negotiations
Build lasting relationships with property owners, retailers, and other potential partners
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing agreements
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth roll-out of new locker locations
Spot new market opportunities and bring creative ideas that help expand and optimize our locker network
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in B2B sales or a related commercial field
Experience working with or within the grocery chain sector is highly meritorious
Experience from a fast-paced industry where high activity is the norm
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is a plus, but not required
