As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll work alongside and be trained and guided by a dynamic team and you will be supporting the sales team clients find their dream home.
Job Responsibility
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including document preparation and record-keeping
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Clarendon Homes' residential products
Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers
Requirements
Natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
Positive, can-do attitude
Available to work 5 days a week including weekends
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Highly organised with attention to detail
Collaborative team player
Goal-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
