As a salesperson for the Carolina Cyber Center, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue and drive business growth by selling products or services to customers. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of the products or services offered by Carolina Cyber Center. You will be a crucial link between the organization and its customers, working to establish and maintain strong relationships while achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
Identify potential customers and their specific requirements by conducting market research
Actively prospect and engage with new customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
Implement a consultative sales strategy to comprehend customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales processes and timely order fulfillment
Requirements:
High School Diploma
2 years’ experience as a sales associate
