Job Description:

Join our Gothenburg team as an on-call Sales Associate! A flexible contract that fits perfectly around studies or other commitments. Shifts are based on business needs, especially during peak periods and for coverage. Our Sales Associates should be able to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional shopping experience while having a genuine interest in our Gothenburg community and aiming to contribute to the team's overall performance and values.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
Understand current products, trends and collections and ensure customers are informed
Continuously build and maintain customer relationships
Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
Know your city and the social movements within it and use this information as a tool during customer service
Be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance against them
Develop sales strategies and drive business growth
Work in and promote a team-oriented environment that can have fun whilst remaining professional

Requirements:

Great communication skills with a social personality
Engage customers with genuine enthusiasm and pick up on details
Work well with others and is a good team player
Open to new things and receptive to constant development
Self-motivated, can work productively and take initiative
Value creativity, diversity and progress
Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand is a plus
Prior sales experience in retail is preferred
Sales experience with high-end retail brands is an advantage
Willing to work flexible hours and availability as per business needs
