Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers’ lives. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home and land buying process. You’ll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential development projects. This is a maternity leave cover from March 2026 to November 2026 with the potential of ongoing employment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for manning the on-site sales office, greeting all customers, and showcasing our development
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including but not limit to house and land package collateral, sales data and database management
  • Work in collaboration with the Clarendon and Domaine sales teams to nurture leads and support customer transactions
  • Responsible for the presentation of the sales centre and estate, customer service ability to receive calls, emails and online leads and respond with confidence
  • Maintain online platforms including website management, marketing platforms and company CRM – Hub Spot

Requirements:

  • A natural communicator with a personable approach
  • Ability to work weekends (Full time position includes Saturday and Sunday with two days off through Monday-Friday)
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer knowledge including Microsoft word, share point and Hubspot CRM preferable
  • Ability to work autonomously
