The Sales Associate (SA) contributes and supports the overall sales functions of the community. The primary purpose of the SA role is to execute sales processes and tactics to inspire prospective residents to move into the community. The SA provides support with new inquiries, and existing inquiries with the goal of converting these leads to move-ins to achieve occupancy targets. The success of the SA is measured in multiple ways, including sales conversions, move-ins, and average daily occupancy.
Job Responsibility:

Provides support with new inquiries and existing inquiries with the goal of converting leads to move-ins to achieve occupancy targets
Answers inbound sales calls, engaging with prospects to ascertain full contact information and perform first level of discovery
Greets tours, escorts to Discovery Room while engaging with prospects to create a smooth introduction to the Director of Sales
Manages customer relationship management system including data accuracy and completeness
Produces weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
Assists daily in visiting model apartments and tour path to ensure community is ready for tours
Makes outbound calls to prospects demonstrating effective telephone sales skills to generate tours
Monitors sales collateral inventory and orders as needed
Organizes, coordinates, and assists in planning and execution of sales event calendar
Conducts tours as needed during sales coverage times
Administers 'UPs' log as gatekeeper of all new prospects
Leads coordination and execution of all sales acceleration programs to maximize move ins
Promotes Resident Referral program and Ambassador Program
Organizes and manages 'Be Our Guest' Program as needed
Reviews and facilitates Move-In paperwork with prospective resident and/or family
Facilitates and coordinates Resident Assessment with clinical team
Oversees and manages move-in process to ensure smooth transition
Champions 'Red Carpet' move-in process working with Executive Director and operations team
Ensures all state mandated paperwork and forms are completed before move-in
Coordinates with Executive Director, Business Office Manager, and Director of Health & Wellness the resident's Administrative Files.
Requirements:
Associates degree preferred
One (1) years' experience in an administrative sales or customer service role
Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population
Engages with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
Supports organization's goals and values
Balances team and individual responsibilities
Exceptional telephone, administration, and customer service skills
Detail oriented and excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills
Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
