We are seeking a Sales Associate for the Vuarnet boutique in SoHo, NYC. This role focuses on delivering a high-level client experience through strong product knowledge, personalized service, and active selling. The Sales Associate introduces customers to Vuarnet eyewear and skiwear collections, highlighting performance, design, and technical innovation while supporting overall store sales and service standards.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience in-store
Build strong customer relationships through attentive service and product recommendations
Educate clients on Vuarnet products, including key features and performance benefits
Answer customer inquiries in-store and by phone in a professional and timely manner
Maintain strong knowledge of Vuarnet eyewear and skiwear collections
Support visual merchandising and maintain an organized, premium store environment
Use product understanding to support confident selling and client education
Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals and KPI targets
Support the boutique team in delivering a consistent and elevated client experience
Assist with general store operations and uphold a positive team culture
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic understanding of POS systems and store operations
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods
Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
Interest in premium retail, eyewear, or lifestyle brands
