Sales Associate Location: Aventura, FL Job Type: Part Time Compensation: $17 per hour Schedule/Availability: Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly. Must have availability to work and be scheduled for 4 days a week. Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance. Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Client Engagement Welcome and educate clients on services, memberships, and products. Support consultative selling and booking to drive conversion. Ensure client check-in/out accuracy and satisfaction follow-through. Operational Execution Maintain cleanliness, restock products, and support daily setup/close. Assist with cash wrap procedures under supervision. Follow all operational and compliance policies precisely. Team Support Collaborate with peers and leaders to meet clinic goals. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions. Seek feedback and demonstrate continuous learning. MARGINAL FUNCTIONS Assist in promotional events or in-clinic activations. Support inventory counts and merchandising resets as needed. Provide occasional coverage for peer shifts to ensure continuous operations. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Technical & Operational Beginner knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and cash handling. Passion for skincare and client education. Interpersonal Communication and problem-solving abilities. Reliable, proactive, and accountable in daily execution. Experience & Education Basic POS knowledge and comfort in fast-paced environments. Minimum 1 year retail or hospitality experience preferred. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply Travel as an Opportunity Travel is not a requirement for this role but may occasionally involve providing support to neighboring stores during peak times or special events. Flexibility as a Strength This role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of high-volume clinic environments. This provides opportunities to lead during peak times, oversee key events, and support new initiatives. In-Person Connections The Sales Associate role is an on-site role, requiring a strong presence during assigned shifts to lead operations, engage with clients, and support team success.
