Job Description

Our Sales Associates help our customers Celebrate Life & Express Love! Permanent Sales Associate - Full Time. We are thrilled to be opening a brand-new Ernest Jones flagship store at Westfield Stratford City, a bold, beautiful space designed to elevate the customer experience and showcase our exceptional jewellery and watch collections. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter, helping to bring our flagship vision to life and deliver exceptional moments for our customers. Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers. Our team members work hard to develop outstanding product knowledge and real jewellery expertise that they can share with our customers. As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets. As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry.

  • Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge
  • Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task and/or handle projects simultaneously
  • Be aware of fashion trends and seek information about all new arrivals, including product knowledge about fit, color, fashion etc
  • Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits for customers and suggest items to match their needs
  • Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, coaching and feedback
  • Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas including: clientelling/outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards
  • Complete projects as assigned including operational assignments: filling orders, replenishment, recovery etc
