Job Description:

Sales Associate position at IKEA Sukhumvit focusing on sales and design, helping customers find home furnishing solutions and providing excellent shopping experiences

Job Responsibility:

Actively approach customers who require additional help
Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and advise on the best solutions for their homes
Keep area clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place
Support customer-friendly execution of payments, exchange & returns and click and collect process
Support customer in end to end shopping experience
Apply home furnishing knowledge to provide relevant solutions
Optimise the IKEA shopping experience
Secure First Time Right for customers

Requirements:

Experience and knowledge of Interior Design and SketchUp preferred
Confident in approaching and talking to people in a polite and friendly manner
The right attitude and behavior to sell actively and help customers to buy
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English
Knowledge of the IKEA product range, including service products
Interested in people's everyday life at home and home furnishing

Nice to have:

Experience and knowledge of Interior Design and SketchUp
