Job Description:

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an enthusiastic casual Sales Associate for our high-performing Clarendon Homes team in Spring Mountain (Springfield Rise) QLD. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team, supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream home.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Clarendon Homes’ residential products
Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

Requirements:

A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
Availability to work 2-3 days a week, including weekends
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team and independently
A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
