Job Description:

Part-time Sales Associate position at IKEA Bang Yai, responsible for selling products, providing customer service, maintaining sales areas, and contributing to store commercial activities and sustainability commitments.

Job Responsibility:

Sell products and provide customer service
Maintain sales area
Execute assigned work plans
Ensure safety of employees and customers
Actively approach customers who require additional help
Identify customer needs and advise on best solutions for their homes
Use different IKEA sales and communication channels
Understand store and department action plans
Contribute to department goals
Lead/support implementation of commercial activities
Maximize sales while maintaining profitability
Analyze and adjust sales space capacities
Contribute to IKEA social and environmental commitments

Requirements:

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused and service industry
Ability to take personal initiatives and priorities and organise your own work in efficiency and timely manners
Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Basic English skills
Ability to work in shifts
