Are you passionate about delivering warm, memorable customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where every interaction truly matters? If so, we’d love you to join our team as a Sales Associate on our Lower Ground Floor, working across both Tills and the Food Order Desk.

Job Responsibility:

Providing exceptional customer service: Creating a positive, lasting impression at tills and the food order desk
Tailoring your service style to each customer—whether you’re advising on menu choices or finalising their purchase
Supporting customers with confidence: Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers feel supported
Managing food orders efficiently and accurately
Assisting with click & collect purchases
Key operational responsibilities: Refunds & open codes
Waste management
Product transfers
Cash handling and till operations
Food order entry and completion

Requirements:

A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
A proactive, positive attitude
Confidence in following procedures accurately
Someone who enjoys teamwork and thrives in a busy environment
