Job Description:

Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health providing customer service in a retail setting, helping transform health care and positively impact customers' lives through compassionate service and support across various store departments.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Anticipating customer needs
Handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
Restocking shelves and inventory management
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical ability to remain upright for sustained periods
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
Close visual acuity for activities like reading and computer terminal viewing

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent
