This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage client relationships, drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of the hotels partnered with Atica.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement tailored sales action plans for a portfolio of multi-branded hotels in the USA
Identify and activate new accounts within the local market to expand the client base for partnered hotels
Increase market share from existing accounts by identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges
Establish and nurture strong relationships with hotel management teams, including General Managers, front desk staff, and other key personnel
Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels to review progress, address concerns, and strategize on future actions
Utilize CRM tools to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for the hotels you represent
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales goals
Leverage technology to shorten the sales cycle and improve efficiency
Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
Support the development of sales strategies and provide innovative ideas for improving sales processes
Ensure the profitability of hotel ownership by finding new ways to add value to each hotel in your responsibility
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the service offerings and value proposition for the hotels you represent
Drive conversions through proactive sourcing of potential clients and opportunities for the hotels you represent
Close Request for Proposals (RFPs) from various channels, ensuring a high success rate in winning new business for partnered hotels
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the services of the hotels you represent and generate new business leads
Follow up on cold call leads to nurture relationships and convert them into active accounts for the hotels
Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Strong communication skills
