We are a digital transformation consulting firm seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and networking events
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process
Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and met
Collaborate with development team to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
Must have 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in software/tech industry
Experience selling to C-Suite at a medium and large corporations including Fortune 500 companies
Must have achieved at least $1M in sales targets from selling consulting services
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Experience managing full sales process from lead generation through contract execution
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of digital transformation and latest software technologies
Experience in consultative selling and building relationships with clients
Experience developing and executing sales strategies for generating new business
Experience establishing a sales pipeline with a consistent flow of potential clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have:
A good understanding of software development lifecycle will be a plus
