With over 200 points of sales worldwide (and counting!), we're on a mission to redefine bold standards in retail. The Opportunity Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the store utilizing Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping
  • develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment
  • protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and will report any violations to a supervisor
  • employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales
  • build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail
  • assist with all other duties as required by store management

Requirements:

  • minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience
  • naturally competitive and possess an outgoing and fun personality
  • demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
  • capacity to work collaboratively with all other team members
