Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team, supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream home.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes’ residential products
  • Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
  • Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

Requirements

  • A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team and independently
  • A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
