Job Description

We are a digital transformation consulting firm seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and met
  • Collaborate with development team to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Must have 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in software/tech industry
  • Experience selling to C-Suite at a medium and large corporations including Fortune 500 companies
  • Must have achieved at least $1M in sales targets from selling consulting services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience managing full sales process from lead generation through contract execution
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and latest software technologies
  • Experience in consultative selling and building relationships with clients
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies for generating new business
  • Experience establishing a sales pipeline with a consistent flow of potential clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A good understanding of software development lifecycle will be a plus
  • Position is open for US Citizens and Permanent Resident
