Job Responsibility
Lead and inspire your team by setting a positive example and assisting in training peers
Execute daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management
Work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip
Provide assistance at the cash register as needed
Promote the Ace Rewards program enthusiastically
Restock merchandise displays as needed
Help unload and put away incoming truck merchandise
Maintain a high-energy presence in a fast-paced, fun retail environment
Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours) and handle lifting up to 50 lbs
