Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire your team by setting a positive example and assisting in training peers
  • Execute daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management
  • Work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip
  • Provide assistance at the cash register as needed
  • Promote the Ace Rewards program enthusiastically
  • Restock merchandise displays as needed
  • Help unload and put away incoming truck merchandise
  • Maintain a high-energy presence in a fast-paced, fun retail environment
  • Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours) and handle lifting up to 50 lbs
