Job Description

We are looking for a part-time sales associate to join our team in Paris at the Flagship located in Marais. The new Sales Associate should be able to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional shopping experience while having a genuine interest in our Paris community and aiming to contribute to the teams overall performance and values.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
  • Understand current products, trends and collections and ensure customers are informed
  • Continuously build and maintain customer relationships
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
  • Know your city and social movements for customer service ceremony
  • Be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance
  • Work in and promote a team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • Great communication skills with a social personality
  • Engage customers with genuine enthusiasm
  • Work well with others and is a good team player
  • Open to new things and receptive to constant development
  • Self-motivated, can work productively and take initiative
  • Value creativity, diversity and progress
  • Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand is a plus
  • Prior sales experience in retail is preferred
  • Sales experience with high-end retail brands is an advantage
  • Willing to work flexible hours and availability as per business needs
