Job Responsibility

Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
Understand current products, trends and collections and ensure customers are informed
Continuously build and maintain customer relationships
Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
Know your city and social movements for customer service ceremony
Be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance
