Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and values
  • Using effective sales techniques to achieve set goals
  • Promoting the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
  • Contributing to creating a professional and motivating work climate
  • Assisting in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards
  • Checking stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the role in retail settings
  • Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills
  • Excellent standing and polished presence
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends
