Join the Fortnum & Mason Gifting Team! Gifting Sales Associate – 22.5 Hours per Week For over three centuries, Fortnum & Mason has been synonymous with exceptional quality, timeless style, and the art of luxury living. Our Gifting Department embodies this spirit, offering beautifully curated gifts that inspire joy, celebrate occasions, and reflect our rich heritage alongside contemporary design. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience within our Gifting department
  • Engage customers through thoughtful gifting conversations and storytelling
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable gifts for all occasions
  • Complete transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Replenish stock and maintain high visual merchandising standards on the shop floor

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment or a strong passion for gifting and customer service
  • Genuine enthusiasm for thoughtful gifting and creating memorable moments for customers
  • A warm, friendly approach with excellent people skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive team-focused attitude
