Job Description

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio in a hospital setting to support product optimization
  • Support territory sales activities and assist with training new sales team members when needed
  • Ensure educational programs meet corporate and customer goals and act as a liaison between the team and customers
  • Work directly alongside the sales team and customers
  • Participate in delivery/implementation planning activities
  • Assist in driving new sales opportunities while helping maintain existing business
  • Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the corporation
  • Conduct negotiations and finalize sales
  • Lead all aspects of the installation of new products post-delivery to the customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two + years of experience, preferably in sales
  • Outstanding communication skills and public speaking
