Job Description:

Sales Associate serves as a specialist in the planning and execution of sales operations, joining forces with internal partners to support the growth of Aetna membership by leading the development of customer-focused and strategically oriented proposals that focus on financial positioning, product offerings and the Aetna value story.

Job Responsibility:

Specialist in planning and execution of sales operations
Support growth of Aetna membership by leading development of customer-focused proposals
Support and develop new business opportunities
Qualify requests, collect, and review specs
Develop plan for quote and proposal delivery
Assist in development of proposal and coordinate resources needed
Assist, coordinate and prepare collection of responses for RFP
Support and participate in enrollment processes and manage case through first 30 days
Participate as Salesforce SME and system/process SME

Requirements:

3+ years working with Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
High school diploma or GED

Nice to have:

Active Health Insurance License or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
Bilingual in Spanish
Previous Salesforce application experience
Technologically-savvy: quickly learn tools within Salesforce and proper procedures
Clear communication: thoroughly understands incoming requests
Time management: timely execution of tasks
Collaborative: works well with team members and across departments
Multitask: can manage several requests at a given time
