Job Responsibility:
Assist account managers in coordinating sales activities and client communications
Prepare and analyze sales reports, ensuring accurate data is presented to stakeholders
Support the development of sales strategies by providing market research and competitor analysis
Manage and update client accounts using internal systems and tools
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and presentations
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
Maintain organized records of sales transactions and client interactions
Participate in overseas travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
Utilize software tools such as Excel, Adobe, and Word to streamline sales processes and reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall sales efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales administration
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Adobe, and Word
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes
