Job Description

We are currently looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Charlestown. The opportunity: Working closely with the store team, you will deliver an amazing in-store experience for our customers. You will be required to get involved in all aspects of being a sales assistant, from greeting and serving customers, to replenishing stock and ensuring the store is presentable. If you are a genuine team player and have experience in a customer service-focused role or have a desire for a career in retail, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers
Work within a fun, close knit team environment to ensure the stores success

Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative team player
A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives
Flexibility to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts
