Job Responsibility:
Facilitate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure seamless interactions
Support inbound and outbound sales processes by managing inquiries and providing necessary information
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation
Monitor and update customer databases to maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving sales strategies
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing sales materials
Provide excellent customer service to address client needs and resolve issues
Contribute to achieving sales targets by consistently following up with leads
Analyze sales data and generate reports to support decision-making
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in inside or direct sales roles
Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales processes
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
