Job Responsibility

  • Describe service options in a clear and engaging way so customers understand the value and next steps
  • Identify interested customers and secure scheduled appointments for follow-up consultations
  • Use a company-provided tablet to enter lead details accurately and complete appointment scheduling tasks
  • Maintain a visible, positive presence on the sales floor to encourage customer engagement throughout each shift
  • Work assigned part-time schedules that may vary by retail location, including weekday and weekend coverage
  • Represent the brand effectively inside partner stores such as warehouse clubs and home improvement retailers
  • Support local lead generation goals by consistently creating opportunities through direct customer interaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, restaurant service, or another customer-facing environment
  • Confidence initiating conversations with new people and building rapport quickly in a busy store setting
  • Ability to communicate persuasively while maintaining a detail-oriented and approachable style
  • Comfort using tablets or similar digital devices to record information and manage appointments
  • Strong reliability and willingness to work a consistent part-time schedule across assigned retail locations
  • Positive attitude, efficiency, and the ability to stay engaged during active floor-based shifts
  • Background in inside sales, direct sales, inbound sales, outbound sales, or general sales support is preferred
