Job Responsibility:

Monitor account activity for assigned groups and provide insights through regular reporting on market trends, sales outcomes, and team performance
Manage leads and order activities within specific account sizes or geographic territories, ensuring smooth workflow
Prepare product or service quotes for prospective clients and support pre-sales activities
Verify the accuracy of orders and address discrepancies to maintain high-quality service standards
Track data using monitoring tools and create detailed reports for management decision-making
Resolve non-routine issues by analyzing situations and providing effective recommendations
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while working independently on assignments
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related administrative roles
