Sales Assistant

• Assist distributors with onboarding processes, maintaining accounts, and ensuring all necessary materials are provided
• Manage distributor portals by updating pricing files, product details, and marketing assets
• Coordinate communications with distributors regarding product updates, pricing changes, and promotional programs
• Track distributor activities and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely resolution
• Support the introduction of new products by organizing materials, images, and documentation
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including generating reports and tracking sales data
• Help prepare presentations and meeting materials while ensuring follow-up actions are completed
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Operations to address distributor and sales needs
• Contribute to sales initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing channel programs
• Analyze sales data and forecasts to support strategic decision-making

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, suitable for both internal teams and external distributor interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or equivalent
• Comfortable working with data and conducting basic analysis for reporting purposes
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across various departments
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or distribution is preferred
• Knowledge of the electronics or industrial products industry is an advantage but not mandatory
