Sales Assistant

• Assist the outside sales team by verifying and confirming contract details and order accuracy
• Provide administrative support to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide prompt assistance to customers
• Manage outbound communications to foster strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions

• Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales team through proactive support

• Previous experience in inside sales or sales support roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound sales processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Competence in using sales tools and software for tracking and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Familiarity with manufacturing or construction supply industries
