We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support our Sales Executive and business unit. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales operations, business support, or commercial administration. You will play a key role in streamlining workflows, maintaining accurate data, assisting with client coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Executive and business unit
Assist in tracking sales activities, updating reports, and maintaining accurate records
Help coordinate client communications and follow-ups
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and sales reports
Keep online records and internal documentation up-to-date
Organize and maintain files, contracts, and office records
Support workflow coordination for department projects
Assist in preparing documents and materials for internal and external use
Develop and maintain administrative procedures and reference materials
Coordinate resources and materials needed by the department
Ensure compliance with company policies and work standards
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Open to Fresh Graduates (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred)
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
Previous internship or admin experience is a plus but not required
