Sales Assistant

• Supporting the Sales Executive to help book and administer advertising campaigns for our impressive portfolio of clients
• Monitoring target price and efficiency perimeters
• Keeping an eye on booking and copy deadlines to ensure ITV Plc meets its commitments to our advertisers

• Minimum maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent is essential
• Experience within a sales/customer service environment
• Must include 200 word cover letter “Why you would be suitable to be a Commercial Sales Assistant within ITV”
• A desire to develop a career in commercial sales at ITV
• Highly motivated with an ability to prioritise and work well under pressure to ensure all deadlines are met
• You will be able to communicate at all levels within the business to build internal and external relationships
• Ideally you will have a passion for the media industry, ITV, what we do and how we do it
• You will be a strong team player, working with others to deliver results and seek support where needed
• Excellent customer service skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong ability with numerical data, maths and reviewing data on excel (training provided)
• Understanding the importance of working collaboratively & independently
• You will be a confident user of google suite or microsoft office

Any qualifications in Media or Advertising is desirable but not essential
