We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to work closely with the Sales Leader and support all sales-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working behind the scenes to enable sales success, and acting as a trusted right-hand support to senior leadership. The Sales Assistant will help with prospecting, CRM management, reporting, administrative tasks, and day-to-day coordination, ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with outbound sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calling
Prepare and send cold outreach and follow-up sequences
Reconnect with old leads and dormant prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Follow up with prospects for pending approvals, documents, and next steps
Maintain a daily activity tracker for calls, emails, and meetings
Assist in preparing pricing quotes, proposals, and contracts
Support sales forecasting by keeping pipeline data clean and up to date
Support prospect research and list building
Assist in scheduling sales meetings and follow-ups
Track opportunities and update sales pipelines
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Ensure all leads, activities, and notes are properly logged
Build basic sales reports and metrics
Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, pipeline value, and follow-ups
Updating and maintaining the Sales Document repository
Act as a close aide to the Sales Leader in daily activities
Manage calendars, meeting notes, task tracking, and reminders
Prepare presentations, proposals, and internal documents
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, finance) as required
Handle email communication and basic client coordination
Follow up on action items from meetings
Assist in preparing sales decks, pricing sheets, and documents
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Fast learner with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic to good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable working with CRM systems (or willing to learn quickly)
Flexible to work in odd hours when required
Nice to have:
Prior experience in sales support, admin, or customer coordination roles
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
Experience with tools like Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
